We went bowling...
and what was I thinking. My hand is so sore! I am just getting old. I haven't bowled since college. I don't like all these aches and pains. At least the kids had fun.

Yes, but do your children beat you when you bowl? That is the true sign you are getting old!
Yes they did since I had not bowled in ages my score was rather pitiful.
